Continuous Glucose Monitoring

Patients with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes with other qualifying criteria including uncontrolled diabetes, changing in condition with new medication, frequent adjustments of insulin treatment regimen. Professional CGM involves patients wearing a CGM device provided by their health care provider for a short period of time (up to 2 weeks). Patients returns all equipment to the clinic, and data are downloaded and analyze to assist with management of diabetes.
