They were concerned, and they referred me over to the Bardwell Kentucky Care Office. I got there and the experience that I had with the staff and everyone there was just awesome.
They took me right in, I had no wait. I worked with Dr. Brazzell and I still continue to work with Dr. Brazzell. It’s always fun to go in, he always remembers things about me. I’m not just a number or a name but I’m a person to him. It’s not just Dr. Brazzell, he is awesome, but all of the staff really give you personal attention when you come in and they really do care.
The one thing that stands out to me about Kentucky Care is their compassion. The way that they know your name when you come, they know how you were feeling last time and they’ll say, “Hey, how are you feeling since you had that fall?” They’ll even ask me about my father and they don’t even treat my father. And so, they’re concerned about my life outside of the clinic as well as my life because they know that affects your health. Your life outside of the clinic affects your health. And so, I would say compassion is what stands out to me about Kentucky Cares.
